Division6ix is an esports company based in London, UK. Their unique selling point is their offering of a platform for amateur players to uplift themselves into the esports industry. According to the company’s CEO – Olu Adenekan – “The Esports industry is saturated with so many pro players and content creators that it’s a challenge for emerging talent to break through and make money from their passion. Division6ix is going to facilitate the development of platers from amateur to professional level.” While the esports industry is thriving, it is lacking a consistent stream of new talent. Division6ix believes that by focusing on new talent, they can “keep the Esports scene fresh, competitive, and fair”. In essence, Division6ix will offer the following key features: ⁃ A constant stream of fresh players ready to be scouted and recruited into teams ⁃ Tools for managing teams, scheduling, and tournaments ⁃ The option to reach out to other teams and challenge each other for any type of reward, whether it is for Gems (see Gems section) or for other forfeits, such as handing their player over ⁃ The freedom to socialise and express oneself as a player, a fan, or a team, providing an endless stream of content ⁃ A single profile where players and fans are summarised, and where you will find their key statistics, upcoming matches, historical performance, and even just their feed, posts, and comments. This is what will add the strong social media element to Division6ix ⁃ The opportunity to win certain NFTs for validation, status, or monetary purposes ⁃ The opportunity for eSports to grow into a living, breathing community, with personalities taking the spotlight, just like how players in traditional sports do

Division 6ix Seasons

Division 6ix operates in four-month “Seasons” with their own respective themes and events. At the end of each Season Semi-Pro and Professional players are offered an exclusive set of tournaments where their performance will be evaluated and they could get a chance of being signed, or a risk of being put on the bench. During a Season, the D6ix Token can be won, or earned by our members in small quantities, but is primarily available through purchase. This can be given as a reward for tournament play, progression across the Division 6ix leaderboard, or completing a set of given Division 6ix challenges. Going more into Depth Players come on board the Division 6ix platform and sign up for free for one of the seasons which run across multiple games and tournaments with different prize pools ranging from cash prizes to NFT’s & Gems and D6ix Tokens. Now once players are registered and begin to participate in the season, they are ranked on the leaderboard according to their performance and placements. Players who perform excellently well get promoted to one of the semi professional teams under Division 6ix and eventually make the Division 6ix professional team. Here’s the great part; Players can also request to get discovered for only a 100 D6ix in-game tokens which is an equivalent of £4.99. Once this request is submitted, wagers are then set up against some of the semi professional players in Division 6ix to gauge their performances. If successful, they get drafted into one of the semi professional teams. Content Creator Program & Divbot

Division 6ix, as an org, is aware of the power of content creation. One of Esports' greatest assets is its existence within an ecosystem that allows for the instant recording, transmission and sharing of information. So to act on this, we've created a programme for Content Creators, and we call it Divbot.

Divbot is our enigmatic mascot, aesthetically styled from the hacker group "anonymous", with the same air of authority and presence as Squid Game's The Frontman. Divbot regularly sets our content creators against each other in regular ARG-styled races against time. Half puzzle, half competition, Divbot's events utilise the power of content creators by having each participating creator broadcast their journey through each puzzle. Content Creators aren't simply competing for exposure, but for monetary rewards, loot, prizes and cryptocurrency.

Division 6ix Streaming

Division 6ix is also looking to build its own streaming platform. The intent of this would be to reward streamers and stream viewers periodically for making and consuming content. Players can earn D6ix tokens by streaming, gaining more tokens the larger their viewership, and viewers can earn tokens by interacting, viewing and participating in streams.
